Registration fees:

For information about your membership status please contact joerg.romeisart.admin.ch.

Registration fee covers: participation in sessions, book of programme and abstracts, proceedings (IOBC/WPRS Bulletin), coffee breaks, welcome cocktail party, three lunches and a social dinner. The proceedings are not included in the students registration fee but can be purchased for an additional 20 Euro.

Regarding payment of registration fee in EURO, please, note that you may make Bank transfer to:

Registration deadline: March 15, 2009

Fill in the registration form regist_form.pdf and use the "E-mail"-button on top of the page. You will need a PDF-Reader. Adobe® Reader® can be downloaded here. Note that you cannot save a copy of the completed form with Acrobat Reader, but you can print a copy for your records.

Alternatively you can use the Word-document regist_form.doc. Please complete it and e-mail it to organizers (registrationeigmo-rostock.de). After receiving your registration form a confirmation will be sent to you.

Presentations

Deadline for abstract submission: February 28, 2009 - has been extended.

Abstracts should be prepared following the instructions and the sample abstract and sent to organizers (registrationeigmo-rostock.de).

Posters should be prepared A0-sized: 841x1189mm or 33.11x46.81inches respectively.

Accommodation

"Steigenberger Hotel Sonne"
has given discount for the IOBC Meeting participants. From May 13th to May 16th there will be up to 50 rooms (incl. VAT, breakfast, service) for:

single room: EUR 81 per night
double room: EUR 98 per night

Making reservation indicate: "IOBC". The final date for reservation - 1st April 2009. If you plan to arrive after 6 p.m. at the hotel, send them the number of your credit card.
